Under the black lights enjoy a one-of-kind yoga experience. Class is for all ages and will begin by grounding and warming up the body. Next your heart rate will rise up and down to the beat of upbeat music. Enjoy a fun yoga flow and end with deep stretches and relaxation.
Fees:
Yoga Participant: $35
Survivor/Patient Participant: FREE
Registration fee includes: glow swag items and entrance to the yoga class!
What to wear / bring: wear comfortable athletic clothes and bring a yoga mat.
